Since childhood, I have enjoyed chili in all its variations. Whether a Caribbean dog sauce or pili pili found in the Congo, where I am from, hot peppers are part of our daily dishes.
I am not a Chef, however over the years I have developed my own recipes. Of course, I’ve stolen the basics from my mother but please don’t tell her! By reworking her original recipe, my first product was born: the “Magic Drop”.
As an epicurean, I love to share good moments with my family, challenge myself in the kitchen and satisfy their taste buds. By making my sauces available to purchase, I feel like I am adding a little bit of myself in your kitchen and that, brings me great joy.
“But what does the letter “D” stand for? Actually, I leave it up to you! It can be Divine, because the taste will take you into total bliss and make you experience your dishes from new perspecitves or, in contrast, Diabolical. Too intense, this preparation will make you sweat and feel like you have never felt before. But hang in there, you will get used to it, quicker than you think 😉
