GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between Piment La Volonté du D (hereinafter “the Supplier”) and the customer who makes an order (hereinafter “the Customer”) on the website https://lavolontedud.ch/ (hereinafter “the Website”). They are an integral part of the contract between the Supplier and the Customer.
By making an order on the Website, the Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted the GTCS.
The Supplier reserves the right to amend the GTCS at any time and without notice. The version published on the Website, at the time of the order, shall prevail. In case of discrepancy, the specific information mentioned in the order confirmation shall prevail.
- Order
To place an order, the Customer must follow the instructions available on the Website. Once the order is confirmed, the Customer validates the offer to purchase the selected products. Confirmed orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Warranty against defects
The Supplier commits to make its products in line with the health procedures and standards established by the authorities.
All products available on the Website are free, to the best of our knowledge, of any chemically modified preservatives. In rare cases, conservation defects could arise. In case of a problem related to an order, the Customer must contact the Supplier within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Within this period, the Customer must send a photo of the defective product to the Supplier, otherwise it will be considered as accepted. An exchange is only possible under the above conditions.
In order to avoid any deterioration of the quality and freshness of the Supplier’s products, please follow the instructions on the labels carefully and please always use clean utensils to avoid spread of bacteria.
- How long does it take to process your order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a summary of your order as well as a second email informing you that the Supplier has acknowledged your order. As the Supplier is committed to 100% handcrafted products, the stocks available once the order is made are not always sufficient. Nevertheless, the Supplier guarantee to deliver the order within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
- Delivery
The delivery of your order is made by the Post Office, to the address indicated by the Customer on the order confirmation. The Customer is exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the address indicated.
A shipping fee of 8 CHF (Swiss francs) is charged for all orders below 50 CHF (Swiss francs). The delivery costs for orders exceeding CHF 50 are covered by the Supplier.
Orders are sent by B Mail. In principle, they are delivered within two working days (from the date the package is at the post office). The Supplier declines all responsibility related to any delay of the post office.
Despite the instructions above, delivery is free of charge for the Customer, provided that the address is located in the districts of Neuchâtel or Boudry.
- Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the GTCS shall be submitted to the courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel, subject to the applicable remedies. Swiss law is applicable.
